maxpower49 Posted July 6, 2017 Report Share Posted July 6, 2017 In New York the registration is proof of ownership, so if you buy a quad it should have a transferable registration and as soon as you transfer it to your name that is your title/registration. Also all atv registration expires on august 31st so everyone has to renew, not sure if the price is by county or just the same state wide but where I am in the state it is usually a flat rate of $12.50 per quad for a year.
