+2" Steering Stem - Cable too short

Need some help...

Installed a +2" steering stem and now the oem clutch cable is too short.  Does anyone know the part number for a longer than oem clutch cable...and also where to buy it.  I see that Motion Pro says that the 05-0111 is +2 longer, but then some sites have that same part # as oem.

Thanks, but I just installed an Alba +2 steering stem and the clutch cable is too short...I have tried to route it every which way and its too short.  So i'm asking for help to find a longer cable.
