Small hose coming from clutch cover

I just got a new lockup cover and I'm wondering should I just block the line that used to go from a white plastic fitting down into the clutch cover. Seems like it's some sort of vacuum line. Thanks

As long as you still have a vent on the top rear of the case that one is not needed.
