Ndollar1 Posted May 24, 2016 Report Posted May 24, 2016 Was at lS this weekend and had the temp spike to 250 degrees. And I lost coolant. This was measured by a esr temp gauge on the inlet side of the radiator. I also felt like it was loosing power. Anyway got home tore into it and found what I believe are 2 bad o-rings on my trinity cool head. The cylinders feel smooth and believe have port work from fast. Also has weisco 64.5mm pistons. Crank is unknown but has 29L stamped on the rods. Any help? See attached pictures. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
Ndollar1 Posted May 24, 2016 Author Report Posted May 24, 2016 I will have to look. It's a trinity 2-1 card 35mm Mikuni. Think the cylinders are ok? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
Larry's Shee Posted May 24, 2016 Report Posted May 24, 2016 Is that erosion at edges of steel liner/aluminum casting?? Quote
Ndollar1 Posted May 24, 2016 Author Report Posted May 24, 2016 Is that erosion at edges of steel liner/aluminum casting??. Kinda looks that way. Wonder if that is part of the coolant running in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
Ndollar1 Posted May 27, 2016 Author Report Posted May 27, 2016 Not erosion. Some kind of gasket sealer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
