Are the internals brand new (rebuilt) or is it just polished and looking really good?

i clean and inspect all parts and reassemble. i can rebuild them, or i can polish your master if you don't want to risk anything. i trash anything that doesn't meet my inspection. i am currently sold out of these, but i have about 6 cores being shipped.
