mid to high rpm bogging problem

I found some wires that were not conected to anything and I can find anywhere. They connect to I will try to uploads some pics

My blackberry wount let me upload anypics, the forms say there to big to upload but anyways there's a white thicker wire that comes from inside the block that is located by the clutch. The white wire is like a 6 or. 8 gage something like that. There's also a blue thiner wire that Is located just back from the break fluid container that isn't conected. Also a black wire from the volatge regulator that isn't conected to anything. There's also a 3 prog plug behind the radiator ajcent to the coil that isn't pluged into anything the plug wires are black, black/yellow, black/white

I can't find any plugs that these wires connect to.
