My question is what's the major difference(s) between the 4 +1 and 3 + 2 and will the 21x7-10 tires fit on both those types of rims? Quote

Unless your a very skilled rider that is running at a fast pace, i highly doubt you'll notice a difference. A 4x1 off set will show less bump steer. Being your asking this question im sure any off set rim will work fine for ya. Id personally run the 3x2 off set. It will give ya a bit wider stance and still provide a nice ride. And yes, tire will fit both. Quote
