Mine sounds exactly like this. Brand new +4mm Hot Rods long rod crank from FAST. This guy was saying his crank was out of balance. Better not be my problem with my brand new crank and brand new rebuild. Can a rusty flywheel that was sandblasted to remove the rust cause this much vibration?

I don't think mine sounds as bad as that does I messaged that kid before he said he crank spun on the web to knock it out of balance

HJR bored my cylinders to 65mm for my weisco pistons and dune ported them as well. He sold me a cheap crank that snapped, which I sent back and bought a new hot rods 4mm stroker from FAST.

 

Mine only does it when free revving and coming back down towards an idle at a lower RPM. I haven't noticed anything while riding and the bike hammers. I've heard someone on here say FAST checks every crank they sell so I'd assume it's not my crank being unbalanced.

same here I don't notice when I'm riding either but today I wen to (kor) and he told me to rub the bitch so I'm not going to worry Abt it. He's been building bike motors since 1983 guys I would deff recommend him for any engine work

I wouldn't put it past him for 1 second that he told you to do that so he can get your money later when it grenades.

You had someone in this thread that builds motors tell you that his motors don't make that noise. But hmmm, that fucking idiot KOC said it's good. Please tell me when a rattle in moving parts that are built to a tolerance is normal?

I never said once that he wanted my money I do my own builds I asked him for an opinion it's not that bad if other people would post vids of there's so I could hear them no one did. I've watched other vids and heard simallar sounds sheerider11 post a vid of yours

Did you check your clutch basket to see if the bushings are gone (clutch chatter ) grab the gear and the basket and see if you have any play in it. Check to see if the noise is coming from the clutch cover or the top end.
