2 into 1 bog help

2003 banshee vforce reeds, charriot 2into1, uni dual stage clamp on air filter, 35mm pwk air stryker carb with 188 main jet n 50 pilot, i took her for a spin yesterday n she bogged on me when you first hit the throttle the float bowl leaked when i got back so i played with the air/fuel screw n it stopped but the boggin did not what could cause this n how do i stop it

42-45 pilot, eek or eej needle, and main will depend on porting. Pilot and needle is critical.
