sixstringninja024 Posted May 23, 2015 Report Posted May 23, 2015 So I just stripped another stud. This is the 3rd time this has happened since I got it. The first 2 times I used a cheap torque wrench. This time I used a Snap-On torque wrench and progressively torqued to 10, then 15, and at 21 foot pounds it still stripped it. Has this happened to anyone else? Quote

sixstringninja024 Posted May 25, 2015 Author Report Posted May 25, 2015 They all had enough thread sticking out above the head that I was worried the acorn nuts would bottom out on the stud before actually getting tight. Quote
