Right this problem has been killing me ever since it started to happen.

When i started it, the left side had good spark, was idling perfectly, then few mins later the left spark becomes very weak and no smoke coming out of it.

I turned it off.

Started it back on.

Both spark went back to normal again and idling perfectly.

Few mins later same thing happens. Left side becomes weak no smoke.

Checked spark plugs, they are fine. Very very light brown.

Check my reeds and reed petals, both perfect.

Opened up carbs, both are good.

Swapped spark plug wires over, still having the same problem.

I would really like to sort this out before I get a trailer for my birthday and take it for some fun riding on the dunes.

I have no idea about this but i think the spark on the left side becomes weak after a while even though the spark is sparking well at start up and idling but then later becomes very weak.

Need this sorted out ASAP!  :(

Are my pistons ok though guys? Just wanna make sure thats not the problem thats causing the weak spark on left side. Plus my CDI is not stock, its aftermarket and it is set to "curve 3" position, dont know what that means. Any idea?

$10 bucks says your dynatek cdi has failed.

Lets see if the spark plug wire trimming solves the problem, if not then i guess its the CDI then. Checked stator too, its all good. Has to be either the coils or CDI, everything else is fine.

I would try swapping carbs before you dean anything bad , see if it follows. My experience with cdi is they don't discriminate side to side. If you swapped coil wires with no change I would swap carbs. Did you pass a pressure test . Could be trickling coolant in that side or bad stator side crank seal. Few and far between but I have also seen a bad flywheel cause s miss on one cylinder
