Cliff notes??

Pretty much duncan racing built 4 97 banshee to compete in the 12hr ponnt de vaux.. and they talking how the banshee is bulletproof.. they ran stock motors with paul tuner national midrange port. Ptr power head..35pwks.. with ltr500 rpm dominator axles and ltr250 round carriers... and pretty much duncan placed 1-4 with all there banshees

Duncan nearly dominated the PDV race for years with their Banshee setups

Yes they did.. it said they could of ran there 403cc kit but decided not to and run stock 64mm bores.. even then they still had way more power then any bike competing

That's why I built a PDV Duncan / Laegers replica, but originaly with Duncan's 403 motor

Soo bad ass makes me what to redo my whole setup.. I feel like its a ticking time bomb and honestly makes me kinda want to sell the bike

Chassis im sure was tweeked at the end of the race..

I would agree

Both. Both are very strong in the stock form.

I would disagree on the chassis.  I was cracking and tweaking my OEM frame years ago which is why I held out till I could build the complete Laeger roller.

I dont track my shee all I do is trail ride and ive had to weld my frame about 3x already.. I can only imagine junping a hare scrambles

I bought a banshee where the guy hit a stump and it ripped the lower a-arm off. It twisted the front of the frame, but it didn't crack anything. No welding was needed. Just some heat and force and it got pretty straight again.

It cracked 1 time where the frame goes up in the rear.. and 1 time by the front mount.. I was exaggerating when I said 3x
