I did it with a tire iron when I was mounting the tire. Its not bad at all. I'll take a pic of it. I used these 2 times. Both were the trips to LS for the HQ ride. They seem to be a softer compound and wore down pretty easily. One tire has a slow leak (have to add air after about 3-4 days) Could just need the bead cleaned. The other holds air fine.
