TroyBrock Posted August 2, 2014 Report Posted August 2, 2014 A few days ago I broke my throttle cable right there the 2 go into 1. I bought a new one and after I got it all back together I realized the cable is too long, after looking at the old one it was too long too but not long enough to make it a problem. My thumb throttle and carb too adjustments are all the way out and It's still 1-2 inches too long. Any solutions? Quote
Starwriter Posted August 2, 2014 Report Posted August 2, 2014 You bought a twist throttle cable. You need a thumb throttle cable. Quote
TroyBrock Posted August 2, 2014 Author Report Posted August 2, 2014 Well fuck... 2 seconds of double checking could have saved a bunch of time. Thank you. Quote
TroyBrock Posted August 2, 2014 Author Report Posted August 2, 2014 Just to double check, this cable will work with the stock thumb throttle and tors removed? https://www.vitosperformance.com/atv_parts/product.php?productid=12&cat=0&page=6 Quote
