I am looking at trading my 2000 1100STXdi jet ski for a 2001 Cannibal. I am asking $5,000 for it. Does this sound like a good trade. If not, how much is the Cannibal worth and will it need alot of updates.

Thanks,

ABM

Doesn't sound like too bad of a deal, what condition is the bike in? Any mods? I'm sure you've seen some pics...??? Look at the value of your ski compared to the value of the cannibal & go from there...that's what I'd be doing... ;)

if u didn't want the jetski in the firstplace......then get then cannondale , they are sick quads ..besides now u can get parts for cannondale quads online, even if u didn't keep the quad at least u tested it out . u could sell it if u didn' like it....

Ewwwww, doesn't the 01 have the crappy ECU 500 that is hard to remap and just p00p in general?

However one good thing is it looks to be in excellent condition.

I would trade if you plan to keep the Dale however if you plan to sell it in the future you will get more money out of your SKI than than an 01 Dale.

yep fuel injected and the company is a.o. so no way to get parts when you need them what happens when something becomes unavailable?? oops 5,000 dollar quad that needs 4.00 part to fix and injection should jet clean no matter what it is easy to fix with the right program and a laptop although the cannondale people had problems with it and they built the thing!!! although if you are wanting a back up this sounds like a good deal. i am just not a real fan of them but i really apreciate what they did for the sport, as a company.
