yamaha_4_life
Just picked up a banshee and the headlights and tail light bulbs was burnt out so I went and got new ones but the headlight bulbs that I picked up were 25w instead of the 30w which came out of it. Installed the 25w bulbs anyways and correct tail light bulb. Started the bike and all lights worked fine for a second then both headlight popped but the tail light stayed good.. so my question is did they pop cause they weren't the right bulb or did they pop cause my voltage regulator is bad..? If its cause the voltage regulator then shouldn't it have popped my tail light also.? Please help Sent from my SCH-R950 using Tapatalk
yamaha_4_life
Yeah I touched them with my hands.. But I also handled the tail light bulb which is still working great. So my next question is where is the voltage regulator located at and how can I check it to see if it's bad or not.? yamaha_4_life
But wouldn't you think if it is the voltage regulator that went bad that it would have popped the tail light also not just the headlights. ?
