421 build jetting question

I recently had my motor upgraded to a 421, and my 28 pj carb, on alcohol was bogging in the high gears. I recently bought some 34pjs, and want to go back to race fuel .I want to know what size main and pilot jet will I need? Here is a list of what I have on the bike. 1.pipes or T5 ,air filter -K&n, no air box, vforce3 reeds, The bike will be using race fuel and I am at sea level .
