I have one and seems to work good. It has been compared with a snap on and was within 1 pound. Sounds like they are hit or miss. If mine ever starts acting up i'll just get a gauge for it. The case and fittings are good too.

Yeah i wouldn't go cheap on diagnostic tools. You get what you pay for. My snap-on has been going strong for 10+ years and still is accurate with my buddies mac and the shops snap-on.
