I am ordering my carb sync tool to check that btw

thanks for the help in advance

So you plugged off both exhaust flanges and one intake boot and pressurized the other intake boot and your leakdown results were good?

If so, then I'd start looking into cleaning the carbs and jets really good and also make sure your floats are set correctly.

What carbs and jets are you currently running?

And make sure fuel flow is not obstructed in any way.

I pumped air into my exhaust ports with the intakes plugged with my spark plugs in I put 7 psi into it and it dropped 1 psi in 20 mins and im running a 30 pilot and a 340 main I cleaned out the jets last night and put them back in and im running stock carbs with tors im going to eventually get new carbs so I wasn't that worried about getting rid of them

Have you checked your reed pedals for damage?

What do your plugs look like?

What mods do you have?

Is your exhaust sealed throughout?

Have you done a plug chop?

Try swapping ignition wires from cyl to cyl and see if the popping moves from right to left.

Check the air gap of the pick up coil on the stator.

It should be .019".

well I think I may have found the culprit as I stated previously my reed petals looked good however the one corner of the one was not closing completely leaving about a .010 gap between the reed cage and the reed I never noticed
