Yes. Unless you get the proper domes and porting.

But I not it must have the spacer plate.

your going to need to get in contact with a builder. Pistons porting and elevation all play a role in dome choice.

No kit is needed. Call a builder, tell them what you want. They will get you domes cut to what you want. Not 22cc off the shelf domes.
