smurph317 Posted May 5, 2013 Report Share Posted May 5, 2013 Ok I just put my banshee together I replaced shifting forks , all shifting linkages , new crank (stock ) fresh bore with new pistons , it has the same dg exhaust as it had when I tore it apart ( I know it's not the best ) I also have a k&n air filter . I installed a few mods to try : adjustable stator plate which I am running at + 5 and I installed a single carb kit . With a 34 mm keihnin carb ,I had the head shaved .030" & the flywheel is lightened .It runs ok doesn't want to idle and it cuts out on acceration . I'm not sure what jets are in the carb .
