you don't need a tool. use your eyes that you were given. remove the airbox/filters whatever blocks your view and make sure both lift at the same time. don't look down the bells. find a spot to look at between the carbs and use your perifial(sp) vision

my boy swears by thos things but more for bikes with more than two carbs.

i dont think banshees have a vacume port on the carbs to even use that tool. might be wrong tho

if you want a sync tool get a good one! fast sells them. i used to think i could sync the carbs perfectly by eye until i used the tool.. it made me realize my eyes were not as good as i thought

I got the one from fast .  

It does make a notable difference when they are perfectly synced.
