chayote86
I just rebuilt my banshee and I went to crank the kick starter by hand and it was stuck. I messed with it some more and it would crank over a few times and then it would get stuck? Something under the clutch cover maybe? I'm afraid actually try to start it and screw something up! Thanks Ro

Jereme6655
If its not those.....I have seen where a buddy managed to squeeze a piston into the cylinder on a cr125 without getting the piston ring correctly on the ring land post.......so the ring was sticking out HARD into the side of the cylinder. Kicker was really hard to move. But I wouldn't worry too much about that......USUALLY its the kicker gear bushing or something bound up with the gear. Find it...fix it....and keep us informed. Burt Reynolds
I would check those rings and make sure they arent spun around on you.
