Single Carb jetting

Looking for some ideas on what jetting/needle to use on my shee

 

Stock motor

Stock Exhaust

Stock air box with hole cut on the top exposing almost the whole filter 

32:1 pre mix ratio

1250 feet above sea level

35mm Keihin PWK carb

 

Trinity Single Carb kit

 

all input is appreciated
