My banshee doesnt want to start, i have to primer the cylinder with a little bit of gas just to get it started, it acts like it may be due to loss of compression, i currently started to tear it down today to check rings and piston because i recently got it also whenever i have the clutch in whenever you rev it, it just sticks at that rpm and will not drop unless you slightly let of the clutch i have some mechanical knowledge but not awhole lot can someone give me some suggestions.

It sounds like you may have an air leak or a clogged pilot jet. Either way, uncontrollable revving, (such as you describe) can almost always be attributed to an air leak if nothing else has changed. (Like timing, etc......)

i cleaned the carbs they are clean

Are you sure??? Did you take all the jets out and clean them individually? Or did you just spray the whole thing and blow the carb out and put the bowl back on??
