MULLET~BOY Posted October 20, 2003 Report Posted October 20, 2003 ok i don't know what the fuck it's name is but its the thing the shifter hooks up to and then it hooks to the shift star :? i can't seem to get it adjusted right when i shift down it shifts once or twice and then it will not catch on the shift star i have tried turning the lil screw like the books say but it dousn't seem to work is there any trick to this thanks guys Quote
boonman Posted October 20, 2003 Report Posted October 20, 2003 Trial and error is the trick. I have never had to mess with mine once I set it.... it needs to be centered when the shifter is in it's "neutral" position, (not to be confused with neutral in the tranny). Quote
