trpkkd Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 I was wondering where everybody was buying their tires and where to find the best prices? Quote
Nightmare Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 Depends on what you re looking for Quote
trpkkd Posted February 26, 2013 Author Report Posted February 26, 2013 Good all around mostly looser trails, some hard pack. Quote
BUILDER Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 Paddle tires I buy from Fulleton Sand Sports they have always treated me very well. Lots of people will tell you to buy your paddles at Sand tires Unlimited also. Dirt tires no clue dont ride in the dirt that shit hurts when you land on it!!!!!!!!! Quote
Nightmare Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 Checkout the ohtsu's from f.a.s.t 1 Quote
ATVridinMaNiAc Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 Ebay, Fast, RMATVMC usually. Quote

sheerider11 Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 The ambush tires are really cheap and a few people like them Quote
fastforworddad Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 Lots of people will tell you to buy your paddles at Sand tires Unlimited also. Thats where I got my paddles. Dirt tires no clue dont ride in the dirt that shit hurts when you land on it!!!!!!!!! My sentiments exactly, sand is much more forgiving. Quote
trpkkd Posted February 26, 2013 Author Report Posted February 26, 2013 I was checking out the ambushes and they look like they got some pretty big lugs which would help in the sandy trails around here. Anybody ran them how do they wear and are they pretty puncture resistant? Quote
blast off Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 these are decent tires for the riding it sounds like your doing.. they are stock raptor 700 tires http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/50/81/165/1077/-/38165/Dunlop-KT345-Series-Radial-ATV-Tire I saw this link and had to say something. These tires are complete shit, dont buy them. I had them and they have no grip, the design looks like a good idea but they really just get no traction especially on the banshee. Id rather use maxxis rzr's or anyhting than these. Dont get me wrong Surfrjag im not knocking your post, I know you havent used these and you were just trying to help the guy out I just figured id try to save a few BHQers from these tires if possible lol. On the other hand RMATV is a good site! Quote

rjdgriff Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 Ohtsu tires from Jeff are great, they hook up very well in the trails... The ambush tires are only like a 2 ply tire but they hook extremely well Quote
Surfrjag Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 Thanks cuz i was about to buy a set.. haha Quote
FASTOYS Posted March 1, 2013 Report Posted March 1, 2013 I like the Ambush for cheaper tires that have good grip... If You have the $$$ i like the Honda MR 501s... Pics of both on our site if you wanna look and compare.. Quote
