Elka rear shock Zero Preload

Could anybody explain what is zero preload and the benefits or the bad things of it??

I'm planning to get a rear Elka shock with this set up and i would like to know if it's good or not.

Be aware, though, NPL setups are best used on bikes that want to obtain a lower center of gravity. IE, they will lower your bike about an inch or two depending upon your swingarm length.

Sounds good to me. So you would not use it for MX or high jumps or am I wrong?

I wouldn't, no. NPL's belong on bikes that are hitting a lot of rollers, or small jumps. The lower ride height isn't advisable for MX bikes.

Definitely. The only difference in hardware is the tender (little) spring.
