also try sync'ing your carbs since you've got the bike running better now.

Blew out the carbs one last time and there was a large chunk of dirt that flew out of the right side carb that was in the choke cross over. Put a 27.5 pilot in and it starts great!!!!!!!!!!

 

Problem solved! That's what happens when u dont have an air compressor!
