Seat foam or complete seat WANTED.

After taking my old and cracked seat cover to put a new one, I discovered that the crumbling foam is very much useless or at least very hard to repair for me, I know almost nothing of how to work a seat foam. So I'm stuck

I'm looking for a usable, good condition seat, that can be re-covered or a good, usable seat foam. Of course, price is important as well.
