BUILDER Posted January 18, 2013 Report Posted January 18, 2013 I wanted to get a cover for my 30' toy hauler so I did some looking and ended up buying a expedition cover from carcoverkingdom off of ebay. Cover showed up fast and looked great. I put the thing on my trailer and within 2 weeks of having it on there it ihad 4 rips in it. 2 of them were pretty big ones it was like the fabric was falling apart. We just moved into a new place that has a shop where I can store my trailer inside so I took some pictures of the cover moved the trailer inside and kind of forgot about it. Well the other day I emailed them some pictures of the cover and ask what we could do about it since it is only a few weeks old. I figured they were going to make me ship it back to them then tell me I did not tie it on right and all that bull shit. The guy from carcoverkingdom emailed me back within a couple of hours saying he was sorry and had never had a single issue and would get right back to me. 2 days later I get a email from him with a tracking number letting me know a new cover is on the way and if I have any more issues please let him know. It was nice to get that kind of service from a ebay company you do not see that much any more. Just thought I would share and recommend if you are looking for a cover make sure you take a look at carcoverkingdom and see if they have what you are looking for because there service is great. WINDYCITYJOHN400 Posted January 19, 2013 Report Posted January 19, 2013 I don't understand. Your recommending people to use a company that sold you a cover that didn't make it 2 weeks till it had major holes in it? In your own words..."It was like the fabric was falling apart." I've got a car cover that's been out in the weather non-stop for 7 years with no damage to it at all....... I get that it's great that they sent you a new one......but if you stored your trailer outdoors again....would it last more than another 2 weeks? Is the replacement a totally different fabric? 1 Quote
