no spark

Finished build and no fire! Checked stator and bad took all electrical off wife's running bike and put on mine including wiring harness and still no fire! Tested her stator and pickup coil and tested good! Made sure all grounds are clean and shiny and still nothing! Any suggestions or thoughts? Thanks

unless you included that already in the harness. I'm kind of in the same boat with my girlfriends bike. I'm gonna pull my stator and flywheel and throw on hers. if that doesn't work I'm gonna have to run through the harness.

How is the pick up coil gap? Should be 0.015. Check the key switch and on/off switch?

I have the gap set to 0.015 and I have the on/off switch off her running bike! Could it maybe be my flywheel?

does the flywheel rattle at all? but that will cause the bike to break up and sputter

No the flywheel doesn't rattle it looks brand new to! The only thing I haven't took off of wife's running bike is the flywheel! I have tried about everything I can think of

I have also checked continuity through my harness and all good!

Haven't done a compression check but seems to have good compression!

did you change the plugs? or check the plug gap?

Brand new plugs and good gap! Getting spark now just every other kick it sparks?

how are the connections on the coil?

I had a hard time a while back when the plug thing on the coil was loose and the only thing hollding it on was the rubber boot
