Possible. Highly doubt it tho. Silencers are just that. I'm sure if you have a heavy breathing motor, like a dm then probably. But if your at that point your not thinking fmf and pro circuts. Hell your prob not thinking about silencers.

I dont think it will matter unless there is a length difference. Im runnin proc's with fatty silencers. I dont think it makes a difference.

toomey silencers work better at tightening up fmf pipes. it does make some difference and it does matter how much motor you have. pro circuit silencers more or less will change the sound a bit. sound change comes from pipe and core diameter, lenght, chamber volume, and core design

The more power ur making, the more of a diff it will make.

 

My bike is stock besides the cpi pipes, and when I go to mtns or need spark arrestors, I bolt on my modified stock silencers (fully welded to fit perfect), and it mostly changes sound, seems to run a tad richer...but that's also going from almost no restriction to the most restriction.
