T5 PIPES AND vforce 3 reed install

hey guys i got a quick question i got a stock 2005 banshee stock bore and im just putting on my t5 pipes and vforce 3 reeds i installed the 280 main jet cuz im at 950 feet above sea level and i put the needle jet on the 3rd groove but the jetting instruction for the t5s say to put the needle on the 4th groove but im adding the vforce 3 reeds at the same time as the t5 pipes wat would u guys do listen to the t5 perfect jetting instruction and run it on the 4th groove or set it on the 3rd groove any tips would be grateful god bless

If it has the 4th on the instructions run the 4th and if you way to rich start leaning it out.
