I have an 04 banshee mods listed below. I just installed new mikuni tmx35 carbs and it starts and idles perfect except past mid throttle it bogs and loses power. If you slowly give it gas the power band will kick in but besides that it bogs. Could this be as simple as bad plugs? Tha ks in advance for any help.

Your mods aren't listed. Sounds like a jetting issue. I would get new plugs and make sure your carbs are tuned properly (I.e. correct jets, air/fuel screw, needle, synced etc.). I don't know enough to give you exact numbers. Post your mods, elevation and temp you ride in. This should get you going in the right direction.

better learn how to do plug chops cause those main jets are making your run rich as shit....

I moved th needle jet clip 2 positions up and it's running a hell of a lot better now. Feels more powerful and the power and really kicks in now. I will still be getting it Jetted correctly but it runs a hell of a lot better now.

The needle is somewhat of a fine tuning circuit. Once you get the mains, pilot, and air screw all set, then you can adjust the needle clip to get it just right.

Before I lowered the needle, I could not give past 1/2 throttle. I adjusted the needle up 2 clips and it rides way better. I can hit every gear as normal. Before I could t. It seems to me the needle is more than a fine tune if it made that big a difference

I think your jetting is jacked up. The needle is cleaning up your mid throttle. You need to get the rest of your jetting in line.
