jonvia Posted May 25, 2012 Report Posted May 25, 2012 on the hiper cf1's, do you have to drill a hole to install the valve stems? ive looked but cannot find anything about them, or a hole already in them for the placement of the valve stem lol. anyone know? Quote
zach45 Posted May 25, 2012 Report Posted May 25, 2012 I wouldn't think so I have tech3 although I dident buy em new, I'm pretty sure they came with the valve-stem hole Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
hp2000 Posted May 25, 2012 Report Posted May 25, 2012 Post pics, call Hiper before you start drilling... Quote
MarineNYC Posted May 26, 2012 Report Posted May 26, 2012 You. Shouldn't have to drill and anything. Quote
jonvia Posted May 27, 2012 Author Report Posted May 27, 2012 the valve stem holes are usually in the middle of the rim right? or would it be under the ring that seats the bead on one side? idk ill get pics up. Quote
jonvia Posted May 30, 2012 Author Report Posted May 30, 2012 checked the hiper rims for valve stem hole, and there is not one... if there was it would be in plain site. on the hiper website i looked up instructions on putting together the rims, and one of the tools required is a drill with a 1/4 bit... but the directions dont say when to use drill lol idk. i emailed hiper and never got a response Quote
