Plugs are turning copper-ish red

so i have been battling jetting issues for a while bike seems to be running good now but my plugs were real oily and i was told to try going 32:1 instead of 40:1 while mixing my gas. now my plugs seem to be dry but are a copper-ish red color is this bad?
