Approx how many hrs are on these shocks, do the need to be serviced? What weight and a arm length are they Setup for? Thanks

I have no idea how many hrs are on these. They work great with no leaks. I think they are set up for a 160 to 180lb rider. they measure 14 3/4 eye to eye.
