Swingarm hardware

I need the main Swingarm bolt with the washer and nut. I also need the thrust/dust covers and the washers that go behind them. To be more specific:

 

Clymer manual page 318 rear swing arm diagram

#1 pivot shaft

#2 thrust cover (quantity 2)

#3 washer (quantity 2)

#10 washer

#11 nut

 

I'm at a standstill on my build until I can get these and I refuse to use my local stealership. Thanks guys!
