cool head and other parts

ok well i need some parts and thought id check here before i get new stuff i need a cool head, a 35mm round style carrier,and a good rear shock.. mines kinda weak on a stock arm and im going to +4 so i need a stronger one. a good stocker will work thats all i can think of for now let me know!!
