chroming over polishing

Its a lot cheaper to do polish. Jeff does real good work and is pretty cheap. Once it's done it's can be a bitch to keep up with but can always bring it back to looking like new no matter what you do to it.

I prefer chrome over polish. polish doesn't hold up to one long weekend here in Oregon. Chrome pricing has come down a lot in the last couple years. I have had everything chromed from side cases to thumb throttle to a arms and they lasted over 5 years before starting to chip. Easier to maintain and your bike looks good all weekend not just for the first day. Only thing I would say is just dry it off after washing... JMO.. good luck!

I'm definately looking into chroming a few of my billet parts, polishing is such a hassle. All that work to get your bike looking shiney for a weekend at the dunes, come back home and everything is dull. I would say either chrome it or powdercoat it...
