chris12612 Posted March 28, 2012 Report Posted March 28, 2012 (edited) This was my first banshee build, I have been working on it since August and thought i would never finish but now it is finally almost done... This was the day i got it- I found a good deal on a +8 LSR swingarm and Marvin Shaw shocks- I then had a removable subframe made and a center mount aluminum exhaust- Got the frame and spindles powdercoated- Got all my chrome back from Oregon Plating(Triple Plate show chrome is expensive$$$ had no idea it was going to be so much)- New 8x7 combat wheels from Direct Drive Cnc- New JJ&a drag axle and carrier- Got my engine back from Top Dog Racing- Wiesco 4mm true and welded crank TZ bearings and straight cut gears Blaster pistons Full race port on stock cylinders 1-5 override trans Cool head Ricky stator It is finally almost finished just need carbs, chain, and to get my fiberglass hood painted- Overall i'am very happy with the finished product never expect to go this far with it but im glad i spent the extra money to build it how i want it not buying one already built...
