shouldn't need a bigger pilot with your setup

Yup, check choke tube. Clean carbs, check spark plug boots, new plugs. Put needle on middle clip, air screw is out way too far go 1 turn out or something like that maybe even .5 turn out. If u still have trouble u should check for air leak

First of all Don't let the Bike get you down, You will get it right, it just takes patience and knowledge which you are aquiring as you go.

To the people that tell you to take it in. You gain no knowledge going down that road and will pay top dollar. Think of all the money your saving by doing it yourself even if you do spend money that doesnt alway's fix your problem.

Really if you don't have pipes the 25 pilot should be fine. If your running a stock airbox with the stock lid the 200 mains should be fine. But you will have to up your mains if you run the stock airbox without the lid. If this is the case I would probably start with a 230 to 240 main based on your elevation.

Also you really need to run a leak down test. I just made my own tester and did this on my bike. But this NEEDS to be done. I think I paid $25 or $30 dollars in parts to make my own. It took me about 2 hours including trip time to get all the parts.

Take it 1 step at a time and try not to get frustrated because you can do this. ;)
