buying a new banshee what psi

My buddy is buying a shee this friday and I just wanted to know what # psi means rebuild. The bike is 20 over with no port work. Has a cool head but my buddy didn't tell me what domes.

 

For some reason 100 psi and below is sticking in my head for a new top end. What is the minimum psi you guys would buy or avoid?

Anything under 100 psi needs a top end in thinking a stock banshee runs 130-135 stock psi out of the show room

I wouldn't say I would toss away the idea of buying a certain banshee because of compression......think of it as a way to sweeten the deal for you guys......."oh you were asking 2k for it but it definitely needs a top end (numbers confirm it)....a shop is gonna charge at least $600.....so how about 1400 cash." it's not your problem that you guys can do the rebuild for approximately $300 and when you do it yourself then YOU know exactly the quality of work and exactly what work has been done to it.

I've run them at 85 before. Had one sub 100 for over a year and it was fast.

 

I know it's not right but I was poor at the time. Too much weed.

OK thanks guy. We are getting a pretty good price on it but we got to drive 3 hours 1 way to get her. If she compresses below 100 I'll use the top end excuse to drop the price. Thanks guys.
