Are the spark plug wire on right? Does it have an adjustable timing plate? Set at 4 degrees advanced. Are the carbs dirty? Does the choke being on help with back firing while riding? What pilot jets do you have?

All I can think of ATM.

Don't know what's all done except for pipes, bore, and cool head the guy i got it from was dummy he aint know shit

You aren't coming across as a brain surgeon yourself :jesterlaugh: . Clean carbs one at a time as parts are different. Make sure pilots are pussy clean. :rotflmao: When you have them apart write down your jet sizes and clip posistion. Set float height. What do plugs look like? Have you tried adjusting air screw or slides?

When you did the o-rings, did you remove the carbs?? When you installed the carbs... did you Re-install the _____ _____? Anyone want to take a guess? We all should know this answer by now. That just fits his symptoms... I'll give this one a minute...
