hey guys I have a question. I moved my CDI up front and Im' in the process of cutting out all that is not needed. My question is my bike has had the tors removed mut the wires still in the harness. It appears that when chasing through the harness they had the black and yellow wires still connected to a ground. Is this necessary just dont want to finish my harness and it won't run or something.

The black wire is your ground and needs to stay there, you can get rid of the parts of the black wire that went to to TORS box and the carb and throttle switches from the main black wire.
