T5 forestry approved

I am wanting to go riding in a state park and wondering if I can make my T5 exhaust forestry approved?

I was told that all they do is check to see if you have spark arrestors or not by sticking something in the pipes.

I bought my 02 with the Toomey Spark Arrestors already installed.
