Single silencer?

I'm thinking about fabing up a 2 into 1 silencer and wonder if anyone has had any luck with this before. Will it be too restrictive for my ported 4 mill? And are there any larger tube silencers out there? Thanks guys

Why would you want to do that? It will restrict your bike unless its a big ass pipe That's the cool look of a banshee. You have four poke guys spending big bucks on dual exhaust that dont even give them more performance they just want to look cool like a banshee.

Less crap like an extra silencer on my bike would be the idea and maybe a different sound. 2 pipes into 1 single larger tube silencer.

Thanks guys. I think I'll try to find a silencer that has a big diameter tube and test it out. Maybe do a back to back test. I'm running some dump port pipes for now.

if your going to "fabricate" a silencer it dosent matter what you start with. the dual in dual out single silncer on my yfz450 took about a day or so to build from 2 seperate silencers. no i havent got the bike done and no i dont know what its going to sound like, and yes it has a banshee motor in it, i just built it cause i felt it was a cool way to do a silencer.

Oops dyno port. My phone is too smart lol. I'd like to do 2 pipes in and one pipe out. Any hoo I guess I'll just try it
