where should my jetting be at now with this cold weather

I have 310's in my bike that i ran thru the summer here in scranton pa which was about 85° to 90° today its now 35°- 40°. During the summer plugs were a lil oily. Where should i start my jetting at now or will o be ok to ride in the snow today?

I would think between 320-340 Range now that its cold outside.
