If your an engine builder please mention it but I'd like to get the best sealant method to use for my engine. Thanks

I personally use Threebond 1211 sealant. It is not as thin and runny as Yamabond, 1194 type sealants. It will seal imperfections in cases, gasket surfaces so on. But this a Ford, Chevy debate all based on personal choice. Good flat clean surfaces are more important than sealant.

Agreed ^

However I tried ultra black RTV on my last build and its holding up great!
